Meet The Team

Tim McGrath

Owner & Installer

Tim was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He grew up in the business working with his father who is the founder of Wilmac Flooring. He went to West Virginia University and graduated from the business school with a minor in Communications. In addition to his management experience, he has over 20 years of experience as an installer.

Helena McGrath

Interior Designer

Helena grew up in upstate New York. She went to college at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she graduated with a degree in Interior Design. She has been working for Wilmac Flooring since 2012. Helena works with clients on the design side and her biggest goal is to make sure her customers are 100% satisfied by the design and materials.

Patty Truchok

Office Manager

Patty is Tim's aunt and has been working for the company since fall of 2021. According to Tim, she is the glue that holds the office together. She runs the office efficiently and loves giving Maggie attention and treats when she's not busy working.

Maggie McGrath

Showroom Dog/Mascot

Maggie is a Yorkie Silky Terrier who will be turning the young age of 15 in July. Her favorite activities are barking and being a false alarm. She is often seen sleeping and snoring in her dog bed just outside the office door when not demanding treats or attention.
